Hi i just wanted to come with some suggestions, first of all you need to add a endless mode, also you should add a peaking mechanic so you can peak between aisles. Last suggestion, add a story. This game has so much potential
I love the game but there is a problem. Will you guys make this game on mobile too? Becasue i want sometimes to play on get go you know i would play on my laptop but its 32bits and i cannot bring my pc everywhere

I don't know if you mean the controls or if it's just not opening for you but. Buy it then use winrar or 7zip to open it. I recommend making a folder on your computer somewhere to put the contents of the zipped folder into, as there's three different files in the zipped folder.
do you have information on the controls? I cannot figure out how to stack the shelves. I can open and close the hands and move the arm around. I am in the proper aisle with a proper box, but I cannot seem to pull anything out of the box. It’s almost as if the box is empty my hand keeps grabbing nothing but air.
Tried it just now, what you wanna do is exactly what you were doing, being in the correct isle with the correct box. Once you're in the right spot you want to hover the hand over the box and then left-click to get the items out of the box and drag them onto the self. I'm not sure if you have to hold down the left mouse button and drag or if you can just click once and guide the hand over to the shelf. DON'T RIGHT-CLICK. During my first playthrough of the game, I was right-clicking which caused the box to jiggle out of my hands.
If you want an easier time playing, put all the boxes in the correct isles first. The customers don't spawn in until you start doing your first shelf.
just google 7 zip its free and needs no membership no offence but winzip is terrable as it requires you to have a membership i swaped to 7zip and im glad i did to this day

I'm unable to pay for the game because the Developer is deleting my comments and doesn't want to contact me and receive my crypto. Can't buy it with PayPal to reveal my identity and he doesn't want it.

The game looks very good and from what i'm seeing i can just say that i love it! I want to record a gameplay for my YouTube channel.
Bruh, no matter which crypto you use, you are going to pay more than the original value in just transaction fees. Also, people don't have to accept a currency they don't want, and that also includes cryptocurrencies. Not to mention, itch.io won't back outside done transactions. Since you are that concerned about remaining anonymous, you also have effectively agreed that some services will not be available to you. Congrats, but you have found another that isn't available to anonymous users.

I can see in this screenshot you have succesfully downloaded the game and then attempted to download it a 2nd time. You will need a program to open RAR files though, I recommend the free 7-zip program. You can download it here, just download and run the first option on the download page:
It's a ps1 style game with a fixed map, very limited entities, so in my opinion anything down to a core 2 duo/amd xp, 4gb ram, and a really old video card/display adapter from back then would run this game. If your computer is a few years old it will run this game very flawlessly.

There are still so many bugs, and I think an endless mode is a good idea as well. Very fun game, addicting and challenging to a new player!
