On March 27, 2020, I bought from this site a game. I was to get an e-mail with access to the game but I didn't get it. A game in my region costs 2.24 USD. 26.98 USD has disappeared from my account after buying the game. I look forward to explaining.

To anyone buying this, please note that this game is for 64 bit systems, when i tried playing it on another pc it won't start, so i sticked on to may main pc which is 64 bit and it runs fine.

I'll throw mine in this time, but yeah this game is great, pretty challenging, actually scary because it is very real, I had a really fun hour with it, then I beat it. Apparently the ??? options on the main menu will get updated later too, so maybe more game to come.

So, I've bought the game and downloaded it. As it was downloading it showed an orange and white cone. Which is a video. So I can not even play the 'game' I really liked this game as I watched others play it. It is not working for me. Please help. I've also had to download the game multiple times, and bought it twice, wasting money. I don't know what to do. Someone said they will gift it to me, but I've had to buy the game twice. Also, about the video part, when I open the 'game' on the top it says VLC media player I'll even put in a screenshot of it. Please help me! @germfood

Love this game to death man, I played it on my little brothers computer and I had a blast playing it. If I may make a suggestion, add some new characters so it makes the game feel like a stressful situation like its black friday, but not to the point where it will cause a heart attack.
my computer is only letting me use explorer to open it. it asked me if i want to open it and then it doesn't it just refreshes and asked me again. i've tried re-downloading it 3 times and nothing has changed. please help

Played an entire hour of this and still couldnt defeat it. A really fun yet challenging game, highly recommend anyone to play it also feel free to watch my video on it
Played through Night of the Consumers for 4-5 hours and have had a blast. I like how you really have to practice a bit in order to complete it. Loving the Lore that has come along with it as well! Really looking forward to future updates!
Absolutely love your games, style, mechanics and best of all its cheap haha. Honestly wish i could donate but, Mr.CoVid 19 has me in a budget. I am hyped for add ons on NoTC or a new game. can not wait.

I found a bug. Which is like when i came out the staff room after Jimmy left, i took a box which is kitchen , and then i clicked tyhe left mouse button THEN i glitched and i thrown the box. Then i just grab the box and go to the kitchen section. And i came back to the spot where i glitched and picked up ANOTHER kitchen box. Thats the bug. Two same boxes
I am not able to play this game! i am only able to scroll thought the menu in the start. but I am not able to select or anything. Anything that I am doing wrong? Did i forgot to download something?

Just seeing the trailer of this game was an insta-buy for me. I absolutely love bizarre and creepy games like this!
My only complaints atm are no controller support, and that I have to download winrar or 7zip to extract the game. Why not just use a zip file?

Porting it to mobile is pretty difficult. And the controls would be too clunky for this.

What does the counter on the bottom left mean? Usually showing 5 at the start the moment it shows up.
I think it only shows when you're holding a box.

Maybe try the PayPal option if you’re having trouble with credit card. PayPal lets you pay directly with a card even without a PayPal account.
in my country turkey paypal is closed soo i cant use it and looks like itch.io doest accept my card ininal visa.

try redownloading the game
if that doesn't work use a virtual machine to run it
(if you use a vm use at least 1-2gb of ram)
Its a 64 bit game, so that might be the problem if you have a 32 bit computer.
Is your system 32bit?
