I tried to get on night one and its just frozen, so i closed it trying to reopen and then i had to reinstall it all over again and i cant even get in, im not a proffesional game because this is my 3 game downloading so im still new, any advice?
I checked my install and reinstalled and I have the most recent version of the game but I still can't stock shelves. The game just freezes and my hand is stuck in place.
So I'm having some trouble playing the game in general. my mouse works normally but when I get into the game and stat the first night I suddenly can't look around at all, does anyone know how to fix this??
Night of the Consumers is one of the most creative and like genuinely frightening games I've ever played! The only thing missing is the other nights. Definitely 8.9/10!
I'm assuming ill need to rebuy the game if i ever want to play the update i guess. I probably should have bought is later but now I only have the old version since i bought it so long ago.

This game is absolute insanity, sort of like actually working for retail. Loved it, it was the right amount of fun and stressful. Really kept you moving. That baby was always the end of me 😫 Definitely try it out guys if you haven't 😁👍
Ran into a bug where I cant move my character, I was able to fix it by messing with the mouse sensitively since another user mention that was a way to fix it. I have no idea why this is the default, same issue as the black screen at the beginning how is the player supposed to know to mess with the FOV slider to fix that? I really hope a new patch/update comes out to fix this
Hey! Idk if anyone else is having this issue but when i boot up the game i load in fine and can walk but i cannot turn or look around? I have no idea how to fix this. Any suggestions?

I had this issue too but as long as I don't pickup the book Jimmy drops then it works fine.
Edit: scratch that, game froze after I played it for a while then when I restarted it, it started doing it again. >:(
it happens when you rush and you press spacebar when you're too far from the shelf
If night 1 was this difficult, I can only imagine how hard the others will be 💀. Very good game though

Turn up mouse sensitivity from 0. If anyone knows why I can't move my mouse and the game pauses when I try to stock shelves pls let me know
Try holding the left mouse button down while looking around. That seemed to free up the freeze anytime it happened to me.
will it be on steam? and if it will, will the people who bought the game on itch.io get a steam key?

its not letting put my backpack in the looker and i dont know what to do help plsssss
Talk to the manager first and then try to put your bag in the locker (drag your hand to it, click and hold LMB, then drag and drop the bag).
thanks i did talk to the manager but at first it didn't let me but the backpack down so I had to refresh the game then it work but thanks tho

You need to turn the mouse sensetivity up cuz its automatically set to zero. Hope it helps.
