Yeah Germfood you knocked it out of the park with this one! Retail work can really start to feel like this sometimes. Especially in today's age. I actually had an idea for another "customer"! As a retail worker myself, one thing we have to look out for is theft. So what if there was someone who came into the store and tried to steal something and we had to stop him? Could add some really cool mechanics to the game! If you've got some time give my video a watch! Keep it up man, and stay safe!
I normally don't post here, but I am definitely a fan of this project. While not directly a representation of what it is like in retail, it captures that feeling of anger and anxiety that exists for us retail employees today.
Great art style, great direction, not too many mechanics, and just the right amount of challenge. Thank you for this game!
In the very beginning i was trying to put my backpack into the locker, but couldnt, thinking that maybe i didnt have the right controls. But then it worked after speaking to the manager.
Maybe letting the player put the backpack in the shelve before speaking to the manager, or hiding the "put here" shape, until you can actually do it.
Please tell me why in the world you guys don't have settings for this? I wasted 2.74 on this game. I know it's not much but like I can't do anything because my sensitivity is so damn low and there's no settings to change it.
also, I found looking left and right a little slow so if your mouse has a DPI adjuster you can use that to increase the mouse speed (mouse sensitivity, mouse look speed, etc ).
So yeah, just crank your mouse's DPI (even in game) and you'll be good to go.
A challenge with jumpscares. Took me a couple of hours to beat, but once you figure out the tactic it got super easy, i did beat it. Make sure you do as the manage has instructed, else..
This game is super fun and I can't wait to play it again. I also thought it would be funny to wear my Walmart Uniform during this since I currently work in retail. Really hope to see an extension of this game! I can play this game over and over and still enjoy it. In my next video about this game I'll actually complete it ;)

Holy shit, this game was actually tough to beat. Either way this was a fun experience.
