For anyone with the problem where the box is empty and you get an empty fist when trying to stock the shelves, I just reinstalled the game and it fixed it. Hope this helps! :)

The DL goes right to your downloads folder after you pay. The only thing you get in your email would be your PayPal or call app notification saying you bought it. The invoice is on the webpage.
i wasnt sure whether it was just me to the game had been updated but im running really slow. if i get a fetch quest at the other half of the store i am totally fucked and wont have enough time. i thought it was oddly hard so i checked some videos online and there run speed is double mine. is this a bug or on purpose and how can i fix it?

The game was great until my Sprint function suddenly broke and I wasn't going fast anymore, just doing the running animation while moving slowly, which pretty much makes the game unbeatable if you get a request on the opposite side of the store. Completely deleting the game and re-downloading it weirdly didn't work either.

My boxes are empty, and when i reach into them nothing gets pulled out so i cant re-stock shelves.

I haven't, I'm sorry. I'm gonna try re-unzipping the game files and see if that works.
EDIT: The game runs smoothly after re-download.

you should usually be able to download the game from this page - where you would have pressed the buy button, it will say download instead :)
I’ve done all that. It downloads to a zip file. I open it and I just get random files

amazing game also to unzip the file you can use bree zip and it is on the app store!
